Prior to his involvement in the financial services industry, Mr. Alfonsi has owned, operated, financed and sold several businesses. Mr. Alfonsi successfully started and managed two companies (ExecuteDirect.com, and Bakers Express of New York, Inc.), and held senior management positions with a number of financial institutions including Global American Investments, Clark Street Capital, and Basic Investors.

Mr. Teeple was engaged from 2017-2018 with Solis Tek, Inc. (OTCQB:SLTK) a California based publicly traded corporation as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary , and Chief Compliance Officer. Solis Tek, Inc. a NV Corporation, is a developer of lighting and nutrient products, and most recently in cultivation and processing for the cannabis industry. Previously, from 2015-2016 Mr. Teeple was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for Zonzia Media, Inc. (OTC:ZONX), a provider of streaming video and content to cable subscribers and hotel networks throughout the eastern US. From 2008 to 2014 Mr. Teeple was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Indigo-Energy, Inc. (OTC:IDGG) a publicly traded company in the oil and gas exploration business. Over the prior three plus decades Mr. Teeple through his turnaround consulting business, Stan Teeple, Inc., has held numerous senior management positions in several public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Additionally he has operated and worked for various court appointed trustees and principals as CEO, COO, and CFO in the entertainment, pharmaceuticals, food, travel, and tech industries. He operated his consulting business on a project-to-project basis and holds various other directorships. His businesses operational strengths include knowing how to manage and maximize the resources and preserve the integrity of a company from start-up through to maturity and corporate compliance in a regulatory environment.

As the Chief Operations Officer of Canbiola, David will expand the company's product lines across the board, engage market leaders and produce first-to-market products for CBD industry worldwide. David Posel started his earliest years as a metallurgical engineer at AGCO Metalex, a large precious metals refinery in Washington State. The son of a Ph.D. chemist, Boeing engineer and mathematics major, he quickly went on to the Semiconductor manufacturing industry for nearly a decade as a metallic silicon coatings engineer, leaving to attend ASU West in Arizona. With an engineering and metallurgical chemistry background, David switched gears to Organic agricultural production for an additional eight years. David was farm director and chief environmental scientist for what was once the oldest Organic farm in the state of Colorado before moving into the more advanced world of CBD, hemp production, and custom product development. David has spent years earning the respect of CBD market leaders and forming solid business relationships both in the US and abroad. His career began by making the first CBD infused consumer product offered in the US with 99% isolate, 'CrystalPure CBD' which is now sold under the Canbiola brand.

Ronald A. Silver was first elected to the Florida House of Representatives In 1978 and continued his tenure in that body until 1992. While in the Florida House Silver served in major positions including Majority Whip (1984-1986) and Majority Leader (1986-1988). He also chaired various committees including the Select Committee on Juvenile Justice, Criminal Justice, Ethics and Elections and the subcommittee of Appropriations on General Government. He was then elected to the Florida Senate in 1992 and subsequently re-elected, serving as the Majority (Democratic) leader for the 1994 session. During his last term in the Senate he was designated by both the House and Senate as the Dean of the Legislature recognizing his standing as the longest serving member. His career as a lawmaker has yielded a vast and extensive knowledge of public policy issues and the legistative process, allowing him to be an advocate and servant for his diverse community. Throughout his tenure in the House and Senate, Mr. Silver has been known to tackle tough issues, transcend partisanship and build strong coalitions and in addition served on the Judiciary committee, which heard all condominium issues. As Senator, he served on a variety of committees , and was chairman of both the Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services and Criminal Justice. His career in the Senate has earned praise from his colleagues, in both the legislature and other branches of government throughout the nation. In 1993 Mr. Silver was elected Chairman of the Southern Legislative Conference (17 Southern States) of the Council of State Governments. Most recently, a new prescription drug plan of Medicare-eligible senior citizens in the State of Florida has been named “Silver Saver” in his honor. Since his retirement from the Senate in 2002, Mr. Silver also functions as President of his own consulting firm (Ron Silver & Associates) and maintains his law practice in Miami Beach, Florida. Mr. Silver is married with two children and three grandchildren.

Frederick Alger Boyer, Jr. | Director

Mr. Boyer has over 25 years of Wall Street experience having worked on both the investment side as well as the banking side of the business. Most recently he served as Head of Equities for the New York based investment bank H.C. Wainwright & Co. where he had overseen efforts in capital markets, sales, and trading. Prior to that he worked and or supervised teams at Rodman & Renshaw, Oppenheimer, Piper Jaffray, and Credit Suisse in New York, San Francisco, and Minneapolis. In his various roles he has advised hundreds of companies in their financing efforts both publicly and privately. Mr Boyer has numerous securities licenses and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.

From 1980 to 1984, Mr. Murphy was an Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, responsible for a territory encompassing more than seven million people. His investigative specialties included organized crime, white-collar crime, labor racketeering and political corruption. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Murphy was assigned to the Office of Planning and Evaluation at FBI headquarters, Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he evaluated and recommended changes in the FBI’s administrative and investigative programs. Since entering the private sector in 1984, Mr. Murphy has advanced the industry by developing systematic and professional protocols for performing due diligence, as well as other investigative services.

Since 1998, Mr. Bach has been Chief Business Development Officer, and General Counsel to The Whitmore Group, Ltd., an full service insurance brokerage and financial services firm located at 370 Old Country Rd, Garden City, New York. His chief responsibilities have included identifying potential Merger and Acquisition candidates, and analyzing, conducting due diligence and structuring acquisition of candidates for Whitmore, as well as, advising on legal issues related to corporate governance, litigation and, business transactions and regulatory issues related insurance brokerage industry. During his tenure Whitmore had grown from four-fold to become one of the top 5 independent brokers in New York metropolitan area.

While at Whitmore, Mr. Bach founded in 2008, Private Client Realty Group, a Garden City, New York, a boutique real estate brokerage, investment and acquisition firm whose mission is to identify real estate investment and development opportunities and provide to a limited number of discerning clientele, unlimited real estate services with confidential and personal attention.

Prior to joining Whitmore, Mr. Bach was tasked with turning around TSI Environmental, Inc. d/b/a Three Seasons Environmental (OTC.BB:TSIN.OB), Allison Gap Rd., Saltville, Virginia, He joined TSI in 1996 initially as COO and General Counsel for TSI. Three months hereafter, Mr. Bach was elected Chairman of the Board and appointed President/CEO. In his positions, Mr. Bach oversaw all aspects of the management, marketing and development of the company. During his tenure, Mr. Bach reorganized and turned the company around, permitting the firm to emerge out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Within the following year, he personally increased sales over 400%, which afforded shareholders the opportunity to sell the entity in1998 for $12.5 million.

Before to his affiliation with TSI Environmental, Inc., Mr. Bach was principal, officer and director of several privately held companies, including President of Atlantic Coast Construction Co. of New York, and Vice-President and General Counsel to Hugh P. Gaffney Co., Inc., a real estate development and brokerage firm. In these various positions, Mr. Bach's responsibilities included negotiations, acquisitions, and development of single-family residential/commercial properties; complete oversight of the acquisition and development process, including negotiation of contracts, implementation of development plans, and review of all zoning and governmental regulations; and design, oversight, supervision, and construction of projects.

Mr. Bach began his professional career as Legislative Counsel to Hon. John R. Dunne, New York State Senate. His first task was his appointment as Minority Counsel to the New York State Temporary Commission on Management and Productivity in the Public Sector. Subsequently, Mr. Bach joined the firm of Sprague, Dwyer, Aspland and Tobin, P.C. in Garden City, New York and specialized in Banking and Real Estate which involved him in the negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts and commercial transactions; counseling of financial institutions (commercial bank and savings and loan association) regarding regulations and transactions; and real estate zoning. Mr. Bach opened his own private practice in 1978, and has practice law for over forty-three years, having specialized in real estate, real estate development, zoning and commercial transactions.

Mr. Bach received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature in 1972 from St. John's University, St. John's College, Jamaica, New York as well as his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1975 from St. John's University, School of Law. He attended the Master of Law Program at New York University, School of Law, New York, New York from 1975 to 1976, focusing on Municipal Law and Municipal Finance. David Woycik is a partner of the law firm of Sanders, Sanders, Block, Woycik, Viener & Grossman, P.C. located in Mineola, New York and concentrates on matters related to personal injury, construction, highway design and toxic torts. He was appointed a Special U.S. Attorney for New Jersey for 2003-2006.

Mr. Woycik received both his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977 and Juris Doctorate degree in 1980 from Hofstra University. While at Hofstra, Mr. Woycik was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team and Crown & Lance Fraternity. He is past President of the Hofstra Alumni Organization. He was instrumental in instituting Alumni Appreciation Day which is recognized for all alumna who donate their time and/or resources to the University. Mr. Woycik has also helped raise several thousands of dollars as the Scholarship Chairman for the Alumni Organization and has been influential in obtaining numerous scholarships from donors throughout the New York Metropolitan area. He received the George M. Estabrook Distinguished Service Award in 1991 and the Hofstra Award for Alumni Achievement in 1992. In 1998, he was chosen as Hofstra's Alumnus of the year. He is also President of the Hofstra Pride Club and has lectured at Hofstra Law School in the Trial Litigation Program for the past twenty years. The nationally renowned Trial Techniques Program has been named the "E. David Woycik, Jr. Intensive Trial Techniques Program" for his commitment to Hofstra University and his skills as a Trial Attorney.

In 1999, Mr. Woycik was recognized as Hofstra University Veteran of the year. In 2005, Mr. Woycik was named the Distinguished Law School graduate for his outstanding achievements in the law field. In 2009, he was recognized as the athletic department's Distinguished Service Member for his outstanding contributions to athletics and academics.

As a concerned member of the Long Island community, Mr. Woycik has demonstrated a true commitment to the people of the region. For many years he has been an active supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island where he instituted an endowment program which has raised substantial funds for children without parents on Long Island. The endowment fund was recently named in his honor along with James Metzger. He has served as its President and is currently a Director on the Board. For his contributions, they have named the Headquarters Building, the "E. David Woycik, Jr. Building". He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Disabled Children's Relief Fund which helped needy children in obtaining medical assistance for serious illnesses. He was a director of the United States Organization for Disabled Athletes Fund Raising Programs for Nassau County. His other philanthropic efforts include volunteer work at the Northport Veterans Hospital where he donates many hours of his time to veterans in need. He is a Board of Director for The Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind/Vet Dogs of America and Canine Companions for Independence.

Mr. Woycik is a guest lecturer for the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He was chairman of the Nassau County Bar Association Plaintiffs Round Table Committee for 2000 and 2001.

Mr. Woycik is a Retired Colonel in the United States Army Reserves, Judge Advocate General Corps and has received numerous Awards and Ribbons for his service. He has served overseas in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait for Operation Desert Storm and recently for Operation Enduring Freedom in the War Against Terrorism. His awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters; Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters; National Defense Service Medal with 2 Bronze Device and two "M" Devices; Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon with 7 Tours; Southwest Asia Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars; Kuwait Liberation Medal — Saudi Arabia; Kuwait Liberation Medal — Kuwait, Global War on Terrorism Medal.

Mr. Winn was also an adjunct professor at Lake Sumter Community College teaching Business Law during this time. In 2003, Mr. Winn was appointed by Governor Bush to serve a one-year term on the Judicial Nominating Commission for Judicial Compensation Judges. From 2004-2006 Mr. Winn worked for the law office of Clyde M. Taylor, Jr. focusing on both state and federal criminal defense and parole violation hearings. Dr. David Weissberg is a very active Board Certified Orthopedic surgeon who has multiple offices throughout Suffolk County Long Island, New York. Dr. Weissberg grew up in Huntington, New York where his main office is located. After graduating Huntington High School he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stony Brook University where he graduated Cum Laude. He went on to attend Downstate Medical School where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Salerno is an international pioneer in the practice of complementary medicine.  Among many other accomplishments, he is well-known for his vitamin IV suites, vitamin IV suites, weight-loss treatments, and chelation therapy, a therapy that removes heavy metals from the body.  The Salerno Center for Complementary Medicine in New York City combines the wisdom of alternative healing with the teachings of traditional medicine, helping patients to live healthier and happier lives.  After the terrorist bombings of September 11, 2001, Dr. Salerno served as the Medical Director for the World Trade Center Landfill, a position that earned him a commendation from then-mayor Rudy Giuliani.  Furthermore, he was charged with monitoring the health of public workers assigned to manage the massive landfill, as much of the debris from the World Trade Center was riddled with airborne chemicals, heavy metals, and toxic buildup.

Matt Ferenc, DO graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton in 1994, earning his bachelor's degree in science. He then continued his education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine, earning his medical degree in 1998. He continued his education in Miami Beach, Florida, earning his board certification in emergency medicine through the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine (ACOEP) in 2002. Since 2002, he has been working at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, affiliated with NOVA Southeastern University, School of Osteopathic Medicine, and Florida International University College of Medicine (FIU). He was appointed as assistant clinical professor for NOVA and, several years later, for FIU.

Over the course of six years, Ferenc began to realize that man-made diseases were responsible for a majority of visits to the emergency room and took the initiative to learn the true causes of these diseases. He began a lifelong initiative to learn preventive medicine and age management. He earned a board certification through the American Board of Anti-Aging/ Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) in 2008. Leonard Allen Marshall Jr. is a former American football defensive lineman who played twelve seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Selected 37th overall in the 1983 NFL Draft, he spent the first ten seasons of his career with the New York Giants where he accumulated 79.5 sacks, ranking him third in team history. He was twice selected to the Pro Bowl and twice named NFL Defensive Lineman of the Year following the 1985 and 1986 seasons. He won two championships with the Giants, recording three sacks in the two Super Bowl games which he played in. Marshall is most famously known for his 1991 hit on Joe Montana that knocked him out of the NFC championship game, after which Montana would not play another regular season game for almost two years. After his time with the Giants, Marshall went on to play a season each for the New York Jets and Washington Redskins, then retired from football at the age of 33. He played college football at Louisiana State University.

Marshall has been active in several business and entrepreneurial activities since retiring. He also has spent time as a football camp instructor, a football head coach, a student, a professor, and a radio broadcaster. In 2013, Marshall was diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a degenerative brain disease detected in a growing number of retired NFL players. Marshall has been involved with efforts to spread awareness about the issue.
